The Story of Belle Vie of Allyn
From a Purpose-Driven Beginning to a New Chapter of Care
Belle Vie of Allyn Assisted Living formerly known as Haven in Allyn began in 2007 with a deeply personal mission. Founded by Debra Jamerson and her husband Ronald, the home was built on years of hands-on healthcare experience and a desire to create something different from traditional senior care. Debra, having worked across ICU, emergency care, post-surgical recovery, home health, and hospice, had seen firsthand how clinical and rushed many care environments could feel. Even earlier in her life, she remembered working in a nursing home at just 19, where she instinctively tried to bring warmth, dignity, and a sense of community to residents who often felt overlooked. That early experience stayed with her. Guided by faith and a strong sense of purpose after moving to Washington in 2005, she set out to build a home where seniors would not just be cared for, but truly valued. Starting with no staff and only two residents, Belle Vie of Allyn gradually grew into a close-knit, 16-resident community supported by a dedicated team, known for its compassion, consistency, and personal approach to care.
In 2025, this purpose-driven foundation entered a new chapter. Belle Vie of Allyn became part of a broader vision led by Armaan and Ruby, experienced healthcare professionals and owners of Caring Arms Adult Family Homes, a network of 12 senior care homes built on the same philosophy of personalized, non-clinical care in Washington. With over 15 years of experience as registered nurses and more than a decade dedicated specifically to senior care, Armaan and Ruby had already established a reputation for creating environments where care feels calm, attentive, and deeply human. Their journey began at the bedside, as caregivers and nurses where they witnessed a recurring challenge across larger facilities: good caregivers, but not enough time, not enough presence, and not enough personal connection for each resident.
Belle Vie of Allyn is now an extension of that vision. Rather than changing its foundation, Armaan and Ruby have carried it forward refining and strengthening what was already built. Their approach centers on creating a space where care does not feel institutional or rushed, but instead feels like being supported at home by people who genuinely understand both the clinical and emotional needs of each resident.
With a boutique-style setting that allows for close attention, faster response times, and stronger relationships, the home continues to offer the warmth it was originally known for, now backed by a nurse-led model designed for higher quality care and long-term consistency.
Today, Belle Vie of Allyn stands as a blend of legacy and evolution. It carries forward Debra’s original vision of dignity, comfort, and community, while expanding under the leadership of Armaan and Ruby into something even more intentional- a place where families find clarity during difficult decisions, where residents feel truly at home, and where care is delivered with both professional expertise and genuine compassion.

Nursing Staff
At Belle Vie of Allyn, our care staff is at the heart of our commitment to providing exceptional care for our residents. Our highly trained and experienced team work tirelessly to ensure that our residents receive the highest quality of care, while also fostering an atmosphere of warmth and compassion. We have a 24 hour nurse that is always available to answer questions, provide updates, and address any concerns that our residents or their families may have. We value transparency and honesty; our staff always acts with the highest levels of integrity and respect. We take pride in our team's expertise and dedication, and we believe that our residents deserve nothing less than the very best.
Debra Jamerson - Director of Nursing & Owner:
Our Director of Nursing is also the founder & owner of the Haven in Allyn; Debra is a skilled and compassionate leader who oversees the daily operations of the nursing team and is a dedicated caregiver herself. She is an invaluable resource with 30+ years of experience in healthcare and keeps all of our residents close to her heart.
Karly Moxon - Assisted Living Facility RN
Our assisted living facility nurse is hardworking and thoughtful with a longstanding experience in caregiving. Karly plays a crucial role in overseeing the medical care and well-being of our residents; she takes immense pride in the compassionate care she provides to all our residents. She works closely with our team of caregivers to provide each resident care that meets each their specific needs and goals.
Danielle Head - Office Administration:
Our office administrator oversees the daily operations of our facility and works closely with our care staff, housekeeping team, and dining staff to ensure that our residents receive seamless care. She also manages our facility's finances, schedules appointments, and handles any concerns or issues that may arise. Danielle is a skilled communicator who keeps our facility running smoothly. She is the first point of contact for families and visitors and works tirelessly to ensure that everyone who walks through our doors is warmly welcomed and feels at home. Danielle is at the heart of The Haven, and we are incredibly grateful for her tireless dedication and hard work. She is a vital member of our team, and we know that our facility would not be the same without her.
Ron Jamerson - Director of Maintenance & Co-Owner:
At The Haven, we take great pride in providing a beautiful and well-maintained living environment for our residents. This is made possible in large part thanks to our dedicated maintenance and groundskeeper Ron. He is an essential asset to the Haven team, not only is he primarily responsible for the maintenance and landscaping on the property; he is also a founder & owner at The Haven. He is highly skilled and knowledgeable, and always goes above and beyond to ensure that our residents feel safe and comfortable. But it's not just the interior of our facility that our maintenance team takes care of. Ron is equally dedicated to keeping the exterior of our facility looking beautiful and welcoming for all those who come to visit.
